I believe connection is the key!

Helping people and growing organizations, it's all l've known professionally. For the last 20 years in different leadership capacities as a Pastor, Speaker, Counselor and Consultant.

After finishing a Masters Degree in Counseling, I have committed to utilize Parable Consulting as a trusted senior leadership resource to help leaders and teams through organizational development, and strategic planning. My greatest accomplishment and joy is my wife, Bri of 20 years and our 5 children.

Armah's leadership approach combines practical experience, academic insight, and industry understanding. As a strategic business consultant, he draws on diverse expertise in talent acquisition and program development. With a Master's in Talent & Organization Development and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, he blends academic knowledge with real-world practice.

1 on 1 coaching or group sessions

Sessions (year long contracts) for on-site/ virtual coaching for executives, leadership and sales/support team. We believe that a mentally healthy and cohesive workforce from top to bottom can generate the most impactful growth on a fiscal and intrinsic level.

Lunch and learn events

Let us take the last half of your work day to develop an atmosphere of open mindedness and collaboration to bolster morale and inspire leadership.

Virtual team empowerment

We will provide a one hour virtual session to listen, empower and reflect with your team and align strategic growth pathways to strengthen workplace cohesion and overall mental wellness.
