I have dedicated my entire adult life to helping people. Mainly as a pastor and church planter in AZ, NY, and TN for 16 years. I have been serving couples/individuals and organizations through coaching & consulting for the last 12 years.

I also hit a season over 6 years ago where I was burnt out, broken and lost. I questioned everything. Even though I had a Masters degree in Counseling, the answers and the tools... I needed help. 

Here’s what I learned...    

You don’t have to be perfect in order to help people.  People will be inspired by how you handle your imperfections. 

Recovery & Emotional health has been a powerful moral to my story.  I am so grateful to be at this place in my journey. 

What if there was a coach, that was able to meet you right where you are at, and help you get to the place you desire to be? 

In some ways, Coaching / Counseling are nothing new for me, but I started Parable with you in mind. Helping people work through current challenges and trials and helping them develop a strategy of going forward in their life, their relationships, and the teams at work they lead. 

Counseling, primarily is a focus on healing of the past so you are able to move forward. 

(*not therapy, licensed mental health counseling)  

Coaching, is my main desire to help you find the moral of your story and create a strategy in the way forward.
